imperative tagging instruction

Please follow the instructions in this section. This will save you precious time tagging your items and will expedite the check-in process during GKS Receiving Days.

Some of your items may very well be rejected at check-in. Also, if during the sale, we find items that are not acceptable they will be put in a Reject Box. At the end of the sale, you are welcome to go through the box to claim your items.

Items NOT Accepted:

Items (clothing, shoes, blankets, bibs, car seats, swings, and strollers) with stains.

Items that smell of smoke or moth balls.

No panties/underwear/socks ~ boys, girls or maternity! (These items are accepted if they are NEW IN PACKAGE.)

Old, scuffed up, dirty or smelly shoes; they must be gently worn.

Toys that do not work or have pieces missing. If your toy needs batteries, please include them, so we can make sure the item works. Package your toys with multiple parts or tiny pieces with tape and zip-lock bags. (Little fingers love to find tiny parts while their parents are shopping; please secure your parts!)

            No mattresses.

Bikes with flat tires..Please pump up the tires before bring the bike to the sale. A buyer does not want holes in the tires-Neither would you if you were buying one!!!!

BE SURE of the FOLLOWING:

            Video Games, videos, dvd works!!

            Puzzles have all the pieces.

            Electronics work!!! not maybe or sometimes...

            ***During the sale, if GKS finds any of these things not working they will be rejected....

Remember the GOLDEN RULE.....
